I offer 1:1 Private Reiki Treatments and Nutrition & Dietetic Consultations at 60 Lansdowne Place, Hove, BN31FG.
I also offer home visits if this is more suitable for you.
Standard rates are as follows:
Reiki treatment: £60 per hour and a half (1 hour of reiki, 1/2 an hour consultation)
Nutrition & Dietetic consultation: £75 per hour and a half (1 1/2 hours consultation)
Additional charges may apply for home visits depending on travel distance. I live and work from Brighton and do not charge for travel to BN1, BN2 or BN3 postcodes.

Nutrition
I am a UK HCPC Registered Dietitian and Advanced Personal Trainer. I hold a first class degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Surrey, winner of the Queens Anniversary Prize for research and teaching in Nutrition during my study in 2017.
I have since developed as a Specialist Registered Dietitian in acute and community NHS services and specialise in malnutrition and gastroenterology.
Alongside private practice I currently work for a local community NHS trust offering 1:1 clinic appointments and home visits across the South East.
I am passionate about reducing stress around eating and supporting people to introduce a greater variety of foods into their diet whilst improving any symptoms they may be experiencing. I have worked with a broad range of health conditions including cancer, type 2 diabetes, gut conditions as well as cardiovascular, liver and pancreatic disease.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive complementary relaxation therapy that originated in Japan. There are few, if any, risks of having reiki treatments. Clients often find it offers a space for them to switch off and restore balance to their busy lives.
I am a certified and fully insured Reiki Practitioner and attend regular study days to advance my practice. I have a strong interest in mindfulness, stress reduction, meditation and crystal work, and may discuss these techniques during your consultation time.
Alongside private practice I am a proud Volunteer Reiki Practitioner for Macmillan Cancer Support Charity, providing treatments for patients and family members.
Reiki involves gentle touch and/or the hovering of hands whilst the patient lies comfortably on their back.
